NIMMO is a soft tissue technique directed at reducing trigger points (TP) within muscles. By reducing TP's, your body will feel more balanced. Trigger points arise from several causes, such as acute or chronic muscular overload, direct trauma, poor posture, chilling of a muscle and even emotional stress!
Researchers and experts in environmental medicine tell us that it is not a question of if our bodies are burdened with toxic overload but “how bad is it?” Common problems of toxicity include: headaches, fatigue, general joint and muscle pain, skin disorders like rashes and eczema, and asthma and allergies. Many toxins are neurotoxins like monosodium glutamate and mercury and affect our brain functions such as memory, quick thinking and moods.

RockTape
- Reduces Pain – RockTape is used for patients and athletes who just want to get out of pain. Applying RockTape over the area where someone is having pain will actually reduce the pain signals to the brain.
- Improves Biomechanics – RockTape improves your biomechanics, which in turn is going to improve your sports performance. Because something is moving biomechanically better and more stable, you will have increased sports performance.
- Activates Muscles – RockTape activates muscles. Often patients come into the office with a non-traumatic injury such as knee pain or hip pain with no cause. Most likely this is because the muscle is not activated, which means it’s not initiating motion so other muscles have to create that motion. Applying RockTape in a certain place over a certain muscle will activate those muscles. Therefore, it’s going to reduce your potential for injury and also increase your sports performance.
